We comply with level 3 of the CO2 performance ladder version 3.1. With the certificate obtained, we show that we are actively working to reduce CO2 emissions.
Our commitment to a sustainable future
We value treating our environment and all stakeholders, such as employees, suppliers and customers, responsibly. Sustainability is central to this.
Our aim? Conscious energy consumption and minimal CO2 emissions. To achieve this, we are committed to both emission reduction and raising awareness among employees.
Every year, we map our carbon footprint. These insights form the basis for formulating our sustainability goals.

Social entrepreneurship
Proud of our PSO certification step 3
We are certified at the highest level (step 3) of the Social Business Performance Ladder (PSO). This measuring instrument and hallmark developed by TNO makes social entrepreneurship measurable and visible. An independent assessment confirms that we offer high-quality employment opportunities to people distanced from the labour market.
Our mission The aim of the PSO is to help more people with a vulnerable labour market position find work in a sustainable and qualitative way. We contribute to this by:
- Creating workplaces within our organisation.
- Encourage our suppliers and contractors to engage in social enterprise.
- Consciously choose products and services from SW companies and/or PSO-certified organisations, an approach known as chain incentive.
By doing social business together with others, we are working towards a more inclusive society.

People, Planet, Profit
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) We believe in doing business in a way that takes the world of today and tomorrow into account. Our CSR policy is based on sustainable development: meeting today's needs without jeopardising the future of future generations.
Our approach: Triple P - People, Planet, Profit To integrate CSR into all layers of our organisation, we follow the guidelines of ISO 26000 and pay extensive attention to sustainability within our Safety, Health and Environment (HSE) policy, supported by VCA and ISO 9001.
People
Being a good employer is key. We provide a safe working environment and encourage personal development. A pleasant working atmosphere, with room for relaxation together with colleagues and families, increases job satisfaction and productivity. Our goal? To offer employees a permanent position after the trial period. We also share our knowledge of water where necessary.
Planet
For a healthy planet, we actively limit air, water and soil pollution, noise pollution and resource use. We process waste in an environmentally friendly way and in accordance with the law. Energy saving (green energy, sustainable sources) and smarter transport offer opportunities. Moreover, we encourage economical behaviour among internal and external stakeholders.
Profit
A healthy profit is essential for our continuity and growth. Financial stability enables us to continue investing in improvement and innovation, including achieving our CSR goals. In every decision we seek a good balance between People, Planet and Profit.
