Your assignment
You will be responsible for further developing our existing international partnerships in North America and Europe. You will deepen relationships, increase our market position within these regions and ensure that commercial agreements lead to structural revenue and margin growth. You will focus on:
- Deepening relationships within renewed contract arrangements.
- Consistently apply and monitor commercial conditions.
- Taking project results to the highest level.
- Active management of product portfolio mix.
- Structural improvement of forecast and pipeline.
- Draft and realise joint growth plans with international partners.
- Strengthen strategic partnerships with agents and distributors.
- Successfully bringing complex projects with long lead times to contract.
You guard not only the relationship, but also the return. These are not short sales cycles. But complex processes with technical depth, multiple stakeholders and strategic impact.
What does this role mean in practice?
You are stepping in at a time when international contracts have been renewed and the basics are in place. Now it's all about cashing in. Specifically, you:
- Ensures renewed commercial conditions are effectively exploited.
- Steers for price discipline in competitive trajectories.
- Partners supports in positioning our added value more strongly.
- Analyses where projects may get out of sync and corrects in the sales process.
- Builds on existing trust and long-term cooperation with our partners.
In this role, you will be given the space and responsibility to actually realise international growth.
- International focus with real growth potential within existing structures.
- Projects of substantial value and strategic nature.
- Commercial responsibility for region as well as returns.
- Direct impact on international positioning.
- Collaboration with a technically strong Sales Engineering team.
You will report directly to the commercial leadership and have scope to develop market initiatives within the strategic frameworks.
Your profile
- HBO or WO working and thinking level, preferably technical (e.g. Mechanical Engineering).
- Experience in international project-based sales.
- Comfortable in long sales cycles and complex negotiations.
- Experience with agent structures and distribution models.
- Fluent in English (Spanish or French is a plus).

- You think strategically but act pragmatically.
- You take ownership of your region.
- You understand the tension between technology, risk and commerce.
- You build lasting relationships, not quick orders.
