Assembly, service and after-sales coordinator

Are you a born planner with technical insight who gets energy from varied projects? Do you want to take charge of assembly and service projects and, together with your team, make customers happy with high-quality installations? Then we are looking for you as Assembly Coordinator!

In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for carrying out works, services and projects together with a team of service and assembly professionals. You will report directly to the Manager Montage, Service and After Sales.

Together with all professionals, we form Noardling, based in Sneek and a global player with a rich history in designing and manufacturing products that can be found everywhere in the water cycle.

What will you do:

As Assembly Coordinator, you will be pivotal to the success of our assembly and service projects. You ensure that everything runs like clockwork, from planning to completion. Your duties include:

  • Studying assembly plans and preparing an assembly plan with the project manager.
  • Planning and coordinating projects, including preventive and periodic maintenance.
  • Adapting the schedule in case of emergencies, breakdowns and unexpected situations.
  • Ensure timely availability of materials, tools and resources at the work site.
  • Managing, supervising and motivating mechanics.
  • Tracking sickness and recovery notifications and ensuring progress as scheduled.
  • You will be the point of enquiry for technical questions from clients, subcontractors and colleagues.
  • Monitoring the assembly budget and identifying impending overruns in a timely manner.
  • Report additional and less work to the project manager.
  • Procurement of parts, tools and outsourced services.
  • Conducting toolbox meetings and workplace inspections.
  • Ensure safe and high-quality execution of work.
  • Visiting clients to prepare projects and measuring installations if necessary.

What we ask:

Je are a pragmatic and incisive professional with excellent organisational skills. In addition, you possess:

  • MBO+ working and thinking level and demonstrable technical knowledge
  • Experience in a similar role or ambition to progress from another role
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch, English and German
  • Decisiveness and the ability to move quickly
  • A structured and precise working method
